Permission navigation in vuejs + laravel?

I have a campaign list page. Now I want when the user logs in, if he doesn't have access to the campaign list page, it won't show the menu and won't allow access to that url ? Give me ideas. Thanks

Api routes not found when hosted laravel application on server

But HTML does not support the addition of elements to select box. Then I found some CSS hack but this method is not compatible with all browsers. Finally, I decided to go with java script and found a fairly neat solution. Actually, it is a jquery plugin called 'select2'.
